Autonex - Enterprise Workflow Automation Platform

Application Purpose: Autonex is a workflow orchestration and operational automation platform. The platform enables users to build automated trigger-and-action logic loops connecting third-party cloud services.

To enable workflow capabilities, users can optionally authorize Autonex to access their Google Workspace accounts via Google OAuth. The platform requests specific Google API scopes depending on the automation nodes configured in custom workflows:

• Gmail API Scopes (gmail.send, gmail.compose): Used solely to compose draft messages and send automated email updates triggered by your workflows.
• Google Sheets API Scopes (spreadsheets): Used to read rows from a spreadsheet (as a trigger) or append and edit cells (as an action).
• Google Drive API Scopes (drive): Used to retrieve and save file assets, log exports, or template structures that are generated as part of your custom operational runs.
• Google Docs API Scopes (documents): Used to read, write, or export document templates for template-driven automation.
• Google Calendar API Scopes (calendar): Used to read or write calendar items, allowing meetings and calendar alerts to be managed automatically.

Autonex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. All OAuth credentials are encrypted securely using AES-256. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
